If you decide to cancel in any of these circumstances and your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking including any deposit. If your holiday has started, then we will refund any days unused. We will not charge an administration fee, and will only deduct any costs we have already incurred which we cannot recover elsewhere. We will not be liable to make any other payment to you

If we cancel and your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full including your deposit. If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any days unused when we cancel. We will not charge an administration fee and we will not deduct any direct costs.
